All of the student residences available to Enforex Salamanca's students are conveniently located in the city center and within walking distance from the academic center. If you opt for this accommodation option, you will reside alongside international and even Spanish students in a fun, multicultural and stimulating environment. You can choose between a single or double room as well as between a half board (breakfast & dinner) and full board (all meals) meal plan. Additionally, a private bathroom may be available if requested; however, there are few.

Enforex Salamanca students are offered four student residence options:

University Campus Student Residences

These student residences are quite large and house anywhere between 35 and 150 students. However, due to the academic schedule and the nature of these student residences, the university residences in Salamanca generally book up with Spanish university students during the school year and are therefore often only available to international students during the summer. Therefore, while we cannot necessarily guarantee your placement in these residences, if this is your preference we will certainly do our best!

Enforex Student Residences

These residences tend to be quite a bit smaller than the university student residences. With a capacity of between 8 and 25 students, the residences are shared by international students. Staying in one of these Enforex student residences is similar to staying in a shared student apartment, the main difference being that with our residences you can opt for a meal plan as well as take advantage of a weekly laundry service.

Family-Style Student Residences

These residences are small, family-run residences with usually around 5 or 6 rooms; in most cases, these rooms are located in a different part of the house. The family is in charge of cooking students' meals, which, depending on the family, are eaten either together with the family or in a separate dining room.

Student Residences without Board

Although meals are not included in this type of residence, students have access to a large and equipped common kitchen. This communal space has with all the essentials: an oven and stove, a microwave, utensils, electric coffee makers, a refrigerator, etc. Students also have washing and drying machines at their disposal. Shared areas are cleaned once a week.
