Salamanca's historical signicance as a hub of academia brought along with it a brilliant cultural scene. It's impossible for any visitor to miss the city's ultra-stylistic architecture-- not to mention the plethora of art museums celebrating everything from religious relics to funky art nouveau. However, it's difficult to genuinely appreciate the Spanish art surrounding you without learning a bit about its context and history first.
That's why Enforex Salamanca offers the Spanish + Art History Course. It's a fantastic opportunity for those who want to learn all about Spanish art history while they're immersed in a culture and society brimming with it! We will study artistic representations in diverse mediums as we reflect on Spain's most important trends as well as on the influence of the major civilizations that have passed through Spain-- Roman, Moorish, Mudéjar, Renaissance, Baroque, etc. In addition, we will also take a closer look at some of Spain's most emblematic painters, such as Velázquez, Picasso, Miró, Dalí...
