Student Apartments in Salamanca

Enforex

Many of our students elect to stay in special student apartments duration for the duration of their Spanish program at Enforex Salamanca. Enforex has a variety of these apartments which we rent out exclusively to Enforex students from all over the world. While these flats may not be luxurious, you are guaranteed a comfortable and furnished living space-- with the added benefit of a pleasant, multicultural environment!

The student apartment option doesn't include a meal plan. However, there are plenty of markets in the vicinity of each apartment, and you will have a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, microwave, pans, cutlery and anything else you might need in order to prepare your own meals.

Apartment sizes and characteristics vary from one apartment to the next. However, all of our Salamanca apartments are located in or near the very center of the city and within close proximity from the school-- either a short walk or bus ride. Finally, you will be able to choose between a single, double or triple room.

Price includes: Bed linen, blankets, access to fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, shared bathroom, shared TV, central heating and gas costs. Cleaning service is not included.

Supplements: Private bathroom: 75 € per week. Extra day (max. 3 days): 45€ per day.

Note: It is necessary to give a deposit upon arrival (150€ payable in cash or with credit card authorisation). The deposit shall be returned to the student at the end of the stay provided there are no damages in the apartment.

The accommodation is available between 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday), until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of class (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight arrival) need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates will be charged for any extra days needed. The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 4 or more additional days of accommodation. Enforex does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodations due to possible unavailability.

NOTE: The students should contact our central office in order to be informed about the place and the time to pick up the keys of their rooms. The students must respect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat administrations. If there is damage to the premises, the student must pay the corresponding amount.
